Lynda Chung to Give Contract 101 Course in Fall

On September 27, 2007, Lynda Chung gave a lecture entitled “Contract Law 101″ at the Women Business Owners and Managers Program sponsored by the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles. The lecture focused on practical applications of contract law to everyday business issues, including buy and sell agreements, officers’ individual liability for a corporate entity’s debt and real estate agreements/commercial leases.

Ms. Chung gave a similar lecture to minority women desiring to open small businesses at PACE (the Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment).

Due to popular demand, Ms. Chung is again delivering her “Contract 101″ lecture at this year’s program which the Chamber anticipates will take this fall.
