Michael R. Morris is assuming the role of Managing Partner of Valensi Rose, replacing Arlen Gunner who is retiring as of February 28, 2015.
A tax and entertainment attorney with more than 25 years at the firm, Michael is intimately familiar with the needs of both the business and its clients. He previously spent five years as Managing Principal, and we look forward to operating under Michael's leadership and vision once more.
After 42 years as a business and transactional lawyer, the last 10 as Managing Principal, Arlen Gunner retired from the practice of law at the end of February 2015. During his tenure, Arlen fostered a positive working environment and promoted collegiality. Under his leadership, Valensi Rose not only survived the recession without layoffs, but thrived when the economy bounced back.
