Valensi Rose is pleased to support the important work of the Marilyn Magaram Center for Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics. We urge you to join us in celebrating the Center’s 25th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, September 15, at Sequoia Hall, California State University Northridge.

The Center was founded in 1991 by our Valensi Rose colleague, Senior Partner Philip S. Magaram, his children and his wife Sally. It honors the work of Phil’s first wife, Marilyn, who died in a tragic accident after earning her Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science at CSUN, practicing as an award-winning Registered Dietician, and teaching at CSUN.

The mission of the Center is to enhance and promote health and well-being through research, education and services in food science, nutrition and dietetics.

Information about the Anniversary Celebration can be found on the CSUN website.
