Lynda Chung, a probate and business litigator with our firm, will give a lecture titled Probate Litigation for Civil Litigators to the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
The program will be held on June 21, 2018, 6:00 p.m., at the Beverly Hills Bar Association, 9420 Wilshire Blvd., 2nd Floor, Beverly Hills.
The program is targeted for civil litigators as well as for estate planners who wish to learn how to navigate in probate court.
Lynda will offer practical tips from her years of experience in will and trust contests, financial elder abuse, fiduciary accounting, post-mortem debt collection and community property disputes.
A member of our Litigation Group, Lynda specializes in trust and estate and business disputes.
She also handles disputes related to real property transactions, construction contracts, construction defects, accounts receivable, fraudulent bankruptcies, fraudulent transfers, disputes between partners and members of closely-held companies.
