Valensi Rose is pleased to announce that Stefan O’Grady has joined the firm, as a member of our Tax and Wealth Planning and Litigation Groups.

Stefan handles trust and business litigation, trust administration, probate and probate administration, and estate planning. He has been a litigator for more than ten years.

His work in the trust and estates arena emphasizes the protection of beneficiaries, professional and corporate fiduciaries (i.e., executors, trustees, conservators, and guardians) in contested trust, probate, conservatorship and guardianship estate matters, as well as related estate administration issues.

In addition, he represents individuals and institutions in investment fraud arbitration and litigated matters, and investment industry employees (such as executives, brokers and branch managers) in litigation and regulatory, enforcement, white collar crime and employment matters.

Stefan is President of the Century City Bar Association, and is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.  He is also a member, in the Trusts & Estates Section, of both the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Prior to joining Valensi Rose, Mr. O’Grady was a partner with Rahn Muntz O’Grady LLP, a litigation boutique focused on trust, probate and estate matters, securities matters, and the litigation of business disputes.

Stefan is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a Comment Writer for the International Law Journal and a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board. At graduation, Mr. O'Grady received the Practicing Law Institute's Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and the Chair Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego School of Business Administration, and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine.
