Jessica Stemple
Jessica is a skilled trial attorney whose practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, and real estate disputes.
She represents beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and other fiduciaries in contested probate and trust proceedings, including disputes over the validity of wills and trusts, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and accountings.
Jessica also maintains an active conservatorship practice, representing petitioners, conservators, and family members in proceedings involving the care and protection of vulnerable adults.
She is known for her empathetic and sensitive approach to these delicate and difficult matters, while remaining focused on achieving practical, results-driven outcomes for her clients.
Jessica has substantial trial experience, and litigates contested matters through the entire legal process, from filing through trial. Her litigation work also extends to the appellate courts, where she has represented clients in successful appeals.
While earning her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2018, Jessica contributed to the University of Louisville Law Review and the Journal of Law and Education.
She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 2015.
While she has resided and practiced in Los Angeles since 2021, Jessica is also licensed in Kentucky, where she maintains professional relationships.
Away from her desk, Jessica enjoys cooking, hiking, and traveling – especially seeking out California’s many hidden gems with her husband, Steve.
