Joseph S. Fischbach is a member of our Litigation and Business & Finance Groups.

Joe is an experienced civil law practitioner, handling both a wide variety of commercial transactional and litigation matters, often involving intentional torts or fraud.

He litigates real estate, business and partnership disputes, as well as claims involving age discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, unfair competition and other issues, in both federal and state court.

Prior to joining Valensi Rose, Joe operated his own law firm in Beverly Hills since 2001. Earlier he was a partner in several boutique law firms.

He is a graduate from the University of Southern California, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law (Dean’s List.)

He is a member of the California State Bar, and the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the US District Court in the Central and Southern Districts of California and the Northern District of Illinois, and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Joe has served as an Investigative Referee for the State Bar of California, a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Municipal Court, and an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association and the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has appeared as a commentator on MSNBC and CNBC.
