The Beverly Hills Bar Association presented Valensi Rose Partner Lynda Chung with its Distinguished Service Award on October 20.
The award cited her service as Co-Chair of the Trust & Estates Section of the BHBA for 2019-2020.
Lynda has been an Executive Committee member of the Trust & Estates Section for the past five years. She has been responsible for the group’s monthly programs, which include Annual Legislative Updates, the Probate Judges’ luncheon, and Litigating Testamentary Capacity and Undue Influence.
She was recently elected to the BHBA Board of Governors.
A member of our Litigation Group, Lynda specializes in probate and business litigation matters, including will contests, trust contests, financial elder abuse, fiduciary accounting, and disputes between shareholders or members of closely-held companies.
