Valensi Rose is pleased to announce that Lynda I. Chung has been elected Chair of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) for 2026-2027.
A litigation partner at Valensi Rose, Lynda served as Vice Chair of the Section during the 2025-2026 term.
LACBA is one of the nation’s largest local voluntary bar associations, with more than 16,000 members. Its Trust & Estates Section has more than 900 members.
In addition to her leadership role with LACBA, Lynda previously co-chaired the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates section for 2019-2020 and is an active member of the Korean American Bar Association.
Lynda has been designated a Southern California Super Lawyer in trusts and estates each year since 2019.
Her practice focuses on probate and trust litigation, including financial elder abuse, will and trust contests, disputes involving testamentary and contractual capacity, undue influence, fiduciary accountings, conservatorships, and litigation involving closely held businesses and family-owned entities.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lynda also serves as outside general counsel for family offices and high-net-worth individuals, advising clients on estate and succession planning, trust administration, governance, and management of family assets and the care of elderly family members.
