Rachelle H. Cohen will speak to a meeting of California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals on Nov. 14 about the use of artificial intelligence tools in legal practice.
The meeting will take place in Manhattan Beach November 13-15. The organization’s members are attorneys who specialize in representing health care professionals in administrative law matters.
Rachelle’s areas of practice include legal ethics consulting, business and real estate transactions, and estate planning. She serves as an outside “in-house” counsel to many of her clients, providing day-to-day guidance on legal challenges that arise in their businesses.
She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee, and of the Executive Committee of the CLA Business Law Section.
She is a former member of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) Ethics Committee and a former Chair of the CLA’s Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee and Corporations Committee.
Rachelle speaks and writes frequently about business entities and transactions, and legal ethics. In addition, she has taught a course at the USC Gould School of Law on contract drafting and strategy.
