Lynne S. Goldstein has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and real estate finance. Lynne's leasing experience includes negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants of offices, national restaurant locations and other retail and industrial properties.

Lynne has worked on numerous commercial real estate financial transactions on behalf of borrowers and lenders, including multiple property loan portfolios, from the loan commitment stage through complex title analysis, loan documentation and the closing process.

Jessica Stemple

Rachelle Cohen’s areas of practice include business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and legal ethics consulting.

She serves as an outside “in-house” counsel to many of her clients and provides day-to-day guidance on legal challenges that arise in her clients’ businesses. 

Rachelle speaks and writes frequently about business entities and transactions and legal ethics.  In addition, she has taught a course at the USC Gould School of Law on contract drafting and strategy.

Katharine's practice focuses on civil litigation, including probate litigation and torts, as well as on business-related matters. The latter includes transactional work such as entity formation and drafting of contracts; and bankruptcy litigation, such as creditor defense, fraudulent transfer actions, bad faith proceedings, and preference actions.

She has also assisted clients with Chapter 11 reorganizations, personal bankruptcies, and negotiations for restructuring or forgiveness of SBA loans.

Robert L. Kehr

Robert L. Kehr’s practice includes business and real estate transactions and estate planning, providing legal ethics advice to lawyers, law firms and businesses that work with lawyers, and serving as a consultant and expert witness concerning lawyer conduct and fiduciary issues.

Mr. Kehr was a member of the Committee for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct and is the former Chair of the State Bar Standing Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct and of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee.

He is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School, a member of the American Law Institute, a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, and for many years has been a volunteer fee arbitrator through California’s mandatory fee arbitration program. He is an author and a frequent speaker regarding the professional responsibilities of lawyers.
