The Firm’s Managing Partner, Laurie Murphy is head of our Litigation Practice Group, where she manages and mentors an experienced group of litigators noted for their ability to solve complex disputes.
With civil engineering degrees and more than three decades of law practice, Laurie brings unique skills in real estate and construction litigation matters to her practice. Her clients include owners of high-end residential and commercial property, contractors, developers, other real estate professionals, and business owners.
The head of our Litigation Group, Lynda I. Chung specializes in trust and estate and business disputes. Trust and estate litigation matters she handles include financial elder abuse by caregivers or family members, will and trust contests, disputes over settlors’ capacity, undue influence, fiduciary accounting, and conservatorships.
