Lynda I. Chung, a litigation partner with Valensi Rose, moderated a panel discussion titled “Excellence in Diversity – Experienced Trusts and Estates Practitioners of Diverse Backgrounds Discuss How to Break Into and Build a Trusts and Estates Practice" on March 25, 2025.

Trust and estate practitioners of diverse backgrounds shared their experiences in building their practice, what they like about the field, and the challenges they have faced.

Joining Lynda on the panel were Vivian Thoreen, of Holland & Knight LLP; Gloria Park, of Law Office of Gloria K. Park; Edward Navarro, of Navarro Law Firm; Boutros Imad, of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett.

A member of our Litigation Group, Lynda specializes in probate and business litigation matters, including financial elder abuse by caregivers or family members, will and trust contests, disputes over settlors' capacity, undue influence, fiduciary accounting, and conservatorships. 

Lynda also serves as outside general counsel for family offices and high-net-worth clients, providing general legal advice and guidance on estate and succession planning, trust administration, and managing the care of elder family members.
