Lynda I. Chung, a litigation partner with Valensi Rose, moderated a panel at the Litigation Intensive Symposium held by the Trusts & Estates Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association at the Hotel Indigo on April 25, 2026.
Lynda's panel was titled “Motion Practice: Demurrer, Anti-SLAPP, MSA/MSJ,” focused on law and motion issues in probate litigation.

The full-day conference was the L.A. County Bar Association’s inaugural program on litigation presented by its Trust and Estates Section. Lynda currently serves as Vice Chair of the section’s Executive Committee, and will chair the section for the 2026-2027 term.
Lynda's practice focuses on probate and business litigation matters, including financial elder abuse by caregivers or family members, will and trust contests, disputes over settlors' capacity, undue influence, fiduciary accounting, and conservatorships.
Lynda also serves as outside general counsel for family offices and high-net-worth clients, providing general legal advice and guidance on estate and succession planning, trust administration, and managing the care of elder family members and assets.
