Valensi Rose is pleased to announce that Lynne S. Goldstein has joined the firm.

Her practice includes all areas of commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and real estate finance.

Lynne's experience includes negotiating leases on behalf of landlords and tenants of shopping centers, office buildings, national restaurant locations, and other retail and industrial properties.

Lynne has worked on numerous commercial real estate financial transactions on behalf of borrowers and lenders, including multiple property loan portfolios, from the loan commitment stage through complex title analysis, loan documentation, and the closing process.

Previously, Lynne was with Jones, Ackerman & Corman LLP, where her transactional real estate law practice included representing landlords and tenants as well as sellers and servicers of multifamily agency loans.

Earlier she was Real Estate Counsel at IHOP Corp., where she handled leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of restaurant properties nationwide.

Prior to that, she was Senior Counsel in the Loan Adjustment/Real Estate Managed Asset Group of Wells Fargo Bank, specializing in restructuring and workouts of commercial real estate loans.

She began her law firm career in the real estate group of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP.

Lynne is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where she was an Editor of the Law Review. Upon graduation, Lynne was a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Gray of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

She is admitted to the California bar.
