Valensi Rose is proud to announce that three of its attorneys have been named to the 2026 Los Angeles Super Lawyers® list.
The Super Lawyer designation honors those who rank among the top five percent of all private practice attorneys in their practice area, as determined by other attorneys familiar with their work.
James Andrade, who was first named as a Super Lawyer in 2025, was again honored by his colleagues in the areas of Estate & Trust Litigation, Estate Planning & Probate, and Elder Law.
Previously James had been selected as a Rising Star from 2020 to 2023, indicating that he was ranked by his peers among the top 2.5% of attorneys in his field who are 40 or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.
His areas of practice include private client wealth planning and management, private client and fiduciary disputes, and elder financial abuse, while also advising on various business, ownership, and succession issues.
Lynda I. Chung, whose practice focuses on Trust and Estate Litigation, was designated as a Super Lawyer for the eighth year in a row.
Lynda handles financial elder abuse cases involving family members or caregivers exerting undue influence over the elderly, will and trust contests, claims against unfaithful fiduciaries, fiduciary accounting, and conservatorships.
Lynda also serves as outside general counsel for multi-generational family offices, helping them to find practical solutions to business as well as family disputes.
Michael R. Morris, a tax and entertainment attorney and Managing Partner of Valensi Rose, has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Tax every year since 2006. He was also designated as one of “L.A.’s Top 100 Lawyers” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Michael is a former trial lawyer for the IRS and a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law. This background enables him to provide insightful resolutions to his clients’ complicated tax, estate, and business transaction issues.
